THE INFORMATION WE GATHER

Embrace Home Loans, in the process and administration of your loan, will gather personal and financial information about you in order to provide you with products and services that meet your needs. This information includes, but is not limited to your Name, Address, Phone and Email information, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Account Numbers and other forms of information that may identify you as a specific individual. Additionally, we may collect information about your employment and income, and asset and liabilities needed to effectively process your loan application.

USE AND DISCLOSURE OF THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Embrace Home Loans may share any information about you with authorized service providers who will help us to process your transaction, and need that information to provide specific services on your or our behalf. Examples of such authorized service providers with whom we work will include, but are not limited to Credit Agencies, Title and Settlement Companies, Mortgage Insurance Companies, Appraisers, Hazard and Flood Insurance Companies, Quality Control Companies, Secondary Market Investors, and Municipal Tax Offices. We may also need to contact your Employer and Bank and Loan references to obtain verification of income and assets reported. Your information is shared with such companies only for the purpose of evaluating, processing and servicing your loan. Typically, Embrace Home Loans will also be subject to regular state audits that will confirm our adherence to appropriate regulatory agencies. Additionally, we will disclose information in our possession when and if required by court order or a law enforcement agency.

Such access is authorized for business purposes only. Embrace Home Loans Employees are committed to protecting your private information. Additionally, we make every effort to destroy any excess paperwork related to your transaction.

WEB SITE LOG FILES

Like most web sites, log files are generated that show the IP Address of the visitor, date, time, and pages visited. Aggregate reports for web site visitors are generated that do not contain personally identifiable information. The log files are eventually deleted.

COOKIES

Persistent cookies are not used on this site. Session cookies are used and expire in about 20 minutes. They are used when you log in to the site.

No images, files, or cookies are downloaded from third party servers. All downloads are directly from Embrace Home Loans servers.

TRAFFIC PATTERNS

Embrace Home Loans does not collect individual profile information for visitors across multiple sites and does not aggregate information from any other sources about browsing patterns of individual visitors across multiple sites.

SECURITY

The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of utmost concern to us. Embrace Home Loans takes technical, contractual, administrative, and physical security steps to protect all consumer information. When you provide your loan number and password, we use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption to protect it. There are some things that you can do to help protect the security of your information as well. For instance, never give out your password, since this is what is used to access all of your account information. Also remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window when you finish surfing the Web, so that other people using the same computer won't have access to your information.
